Our story
This business was born out of a fun idea—an adventure that Amanda decided to pursue when she was still single and looking for a change. Just a year later, Zach and Amanda were married, and Amanda continued to run Rise and Thrive Co. as a side hobby.
In 2024, they realized the potential in this business and grew to love the process of supporting business owners and bringing their stories to life in creative ways. They began establishing a team to help support their dreams for the company.
In 2025, they took the leap to make this their main source of income and live their dream of working alongside each other, pursuing a less traditional way of life, and spending more time together as a family. The process has been far from easy, but they have no regrets about this change.
They understand the journey of being a business owner and appreciate the impact of effective marketing.
They live in Wisconsin with their two young boys, and when they aren’t serving clients and managing their team, they stay busy running a ministry coffee shop owned by their church, hosting friends, and going on family walks in their small-town neighborhood.
Marketing with heart
At Rise and Thrive Co., we believe that marketing doesn’t have to be a manipulation tactic. We believe that good marketing is about forming valuable connections with the people who will benefit from what you offer.
Every step of our process has been intentionally crafted to ensure that everything we create is authentically you and powerfully connects.
We believe in excellence, and it’s our goal to prove that to our clients every step of the way.

“I'm so grateful for your insights, creativity, and these new processes. I already saw today with the new posts how this is playing into the content. The club has been growing very well (even during summer!), and I know all your work is contributing to that. Excited to see it continue to grow into the new school year! I'm receiving such great feedback on the club resources, and Sarah is doing, as well.”
